Psoriasis Causes Alcohol

i'm 19 and really bad spots before except if i went out drinkin alcohol reguarly.
i recently moved to a hot country and my spots are rediculous.
ive tried tea tree oil, plain old sun shine, no make-up, washin with soap, perfume worked on the smaller ones
im not into any of these commercialised face washes and that as i have psoriasis and dnt want to risk it movin onto my face (the cause of my other affected areas).
spots are normally caused internally. so they say more water more fruit, less bread and starch etc. at 19 spots are pretty normal. its usually jus a faze. you could try drinkin mint tea (no milk) iv heard thats good for lowering androgen levels(which cause acne)
