I have had psoriasis all of my life, and I need some help here without a prescription. I have psoriasis all over my scalp and the inside of my ears. For my scalp I tried the sun (as a kid), I tried T-gel tar coal shampoo from nuetrogena and it only helps for a while. I've always had psoriasis on my scalp but i didn't start getting it in the ear until about 4-5 years ago. But I haven't tried anything cause I'm afraid to put anything in my ears. I welcome any help.
try olive oil (warmed)
clean your ears first
some people also use vinegar and peroxide
