Top Facial Cleansers – What to Look for and What to Avoid
By the time you finish reading this you will have a better idea what to look for in top facial cleansers. There are many on the market. Just go to your local drug store or department store and browse the shelf and read through the ingredients to find what they contain and you’ll know if they are good or not.
If your top facial cleaners contain parabens, leave them on shelf. You don’t want to use parabens on your skin. Parabens are chemicals and will be listed as methyl, propyl, butyl, or ethyl paraben. These are used as preservatives in some top facial cleansers, and the reason I write don’t use them is because they may cause cancer and are known to be a skin irritant.
A better preservative for your skin care products is natural vitamin E. Natural vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps fight the signs of aging, by stopping free radical damage. It is also healthy for your body, instead of probable cancer causing like parabens. So stick to natural substances, and steer clear of chemicals.
A good facial cleanser should contain natural ingredients. Natural ingredients won’t dry your skin like a lot of harsh chemicals can. Ingredients like Shea butter and macadamia oil will help heal damaged skin by penetrating deeply into the pores to replenish oils lost during your day-to-day activities. Shea butter is especially good because it contains several natural moisturizers that are almost identical to the ones produced by the sebaceous glands in the skin.
Finding these natural moisturizers in your cleansing products will help soften your skin as other ingredients like kaolin and bentone gel cleanse and get the dirt and crime out. Finding kaolin in a facial cleansing product has added benefits besides just cleansing. It also helps heal blemishes and inflammation.
An ingredient you won’t find in your department store top facial cleansers is active manuka honey. This honey is found in New Zealand. It has special enzymes very beneficial to the skin.
When used topically active manuka honey helps the skin’s own cell renewal process by nourishing it to help your skin stay soft and young looking. It heals blemishes like acne and even more serious skin problems like eczema and psoriasis.
When a company includes a substance called Cynergy TK in their cleansing products you know the company cares about your skin and the way you look and feel. Cynergy TK is a miracle ingredient because it reverses the aging process of the skin. I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t want to reverse the signs of aging.
I think the skin is one of the first signs of aging all of us are plagued with. Cynergy TK reverses this aging process by stimulating the growth of new cells. It is a wonderful moisturizer that penetrates deeply into the skin, creating an invisible barrier to retain moisture.
Finding this in top facial cleaners is not easy, but if you check out my web site it will direct you where you can find this wonderful substance and explain more about how it works and what it can do to your skin to make you younger looking. Check it out today, you will be glad you did.

Facial spots and psoriasis
We’ve all been teenagers and most of us know about the problems teenagers face. One of those problems is the outbreak of spots and blackheads, especially on the face. Whatever the reason for the spots, psoriasis, acne or just plain bad skin, for the teenager it’s the end of the world!
The teenagers with the spots know with 100% certainty that everybody can see them and they believe that they make him or her look disgusting. They are convinced that it ruins their chances of a social life and that life just isn’t worth continuing. True, from an adult’s point of view, this is an exaggeration but for the teenager? Being a teen is bad enough; spots or disfigurements caused by psoriasis or other factor just make it worse.
The thing is that this problem isn’t restricted to teenagers. Many people suffer from problematic skin well into adult life. Most just accept it as a fact of life, put on creams or lotions and carry on with their lives. Some get really upset and feel that their skin tone and condition sets them apart from others. In extreme cases, when the symptoms are severe and obvious as with psoriasis, the sufferer can become very self conscious and take extreme measure such as avoiding other people or make excessive use of makeup to disguise the dry skin or spots. Especially with psoriasis, people who were previously outgoing and “party people” can become withdrawn and introverted.
There is a solution
For thousands of years the mud from the Dead Sea has been used to treat damaged skin. Because of its high mineral content, the use of the mud as a body pack by those with psoriasis does three things at once: it pulls out from the skin all the impurities that have built up over time, adds nutrients to the skin that aid its tone and recovery and finally, peels of the upper layer of the skin leaving new, fresh skin in its place, unmarked by the signs of psoriasis.
The optimum solution that promises fast and long lasting relief from psoriasis, is a vacation at the Dead Sea and a daily course of treatment with the mud, the highly saline water and daily, controlled sunbathing session under the low UV rays at this, the lowest spot on the face of the earth.
It may seem extravagant but, believe me, the long lasting result (almost a year), the fact that when the disease reoccurs it’s far less sever and having a great vacation at the same time, make it a great proposition and one you should really consider.
