Psoriasis Homeopathy
is there a treatment for psoriasis by homeopathy method ?
There are no cures for psoriasis! Sorry ! Hubby has it too!
Scrub every other day with exfoliant and use a cream with urea in it. Treat symptoms as they come. Sunshine does lighten the severity up though!!

psoriasis-It’s not as rare as you might think
It’s not as rare as you might think
Did you know that over three percent of the world’s population suffers from psoriasis which gets its name from the Greek psora, meaning “itch” and which describes one of its symptoms. The cause of the disease is not known for sure however, research has linked it to genetic factors. The disease is not contagious.
Types of psoriasis
There are a number or different types of psoriasis:
- Scalp Psoriasis which affects 50% of all sufferers.
- Psoriasis vulgaris, also known as ‘plaque psoriasis’ because of large patches of dry skin appearing primarily on the head and joint areas.
- Guttate psoriasis appears as small, red drops on the skin, usually on the body, arms and legs. This is a relatively mild form of psoriasis, often caused by a streptococcus infection.
- Pustular psoriasis is characterized by blisters. The blisters are not contaminated or contagious.
- Nail psoriasis which affects, as its name suggests, fingernails and toenails.
- Psoriatic arthritis can cause swelling and joint pain, and is often accompanied by skin rashes.
Treatment
To date, despite reams of research, there is no known guaranteed cure for psoriasis. A number of remedies exist that bring short or long term relief including drugs, creams and alternative treatments such as homeopathy. None are guaranteed and none provide permanent relief.
Psoriasis and the Dead Sea
Known for centuries for its remarkable therapeutic effects on sufferers from psoriasis, eczema and rheumatism, the Dead Sea’s location at the lowest point on the surface of the earth and its other unique geographical features have made it the honey pot for psoriasis sufferers.
Set 400 meters below sea level the Dead Sea is world renowned as a clinical resort for those suffering from psoriasis. People from all over the world flock to the area, especially in May-June and September-October. All come with one aim - to benefit from the proven, long lasting effects of a course of treatment with Dead Sea water, air, mud and sun.
What is even better about the Dead Sea is that you can bring the family for a vacation. Whilst you are taking a course of treatments (that usually takes one hour to three hours a day), your family can relax at the hotel, enjoy the sun and the many activities arranged for guests. Once you’ve finished your daily treatment, the rest of the day and night is for you to enjoy together the perfect combination of health, fun and relaxation!
