Psoriasis Of The Hands

What can my mom do about her medical condition?
My mom has psoriasis on her hands, scalp, and arms really bad. The doctor gave her a cream to put on it and told her it's caused by stress and that she needs to relax and it will go away. Well, I think the doctor is full of crap and just doesn't know why she has it. She just got it a few weeks ago. What other options are there? Should I send her to a spa for the day to relax? Please help!
Your doctor is right. Psoriasis has a direct correlation between stress and when outbreaks occur. This is often a difficult skin condition to treat and can spread rapidly. Your mother needs to find ways to decrease her stress levels daily. She might consider starting yoga, an exercise program (walking is easiest - start with short distances and gradually increase the pace and distance until she is doing 30 minutes per day at a brisk pace). You can also do some internet research because often, the first medication given does not clear up the problem and other medications may be needed. A day at the spa might be nice but this needs to be a daily activity for stress reduction. You can go to WebMd or Mayo Clinic and research your mother's condition on more treatment options. Also, you might want to have a dermatologist provide care for your mother rather than her family doctor.

But, what is the best anti cellulite cream, and do those creams even work? There has been a lot of hype in the marketplace about these creams. As a result, demand has risen and quality in a lot of products have fallen. Many companies are simply out to make a quick profit by producing the cheapest product possible, and those products just don't work. If you want a cream that truly does the trick, you need one with quality ingredients that are clinically proven to reduce cellulite over time. Then you need to be patient. No cream, not even the best one, is going to work overnight. You'll need several weeks to begin to see results and at least six months to see a complete elimination of your cellulite problem.
The best anti cellulite cream is one that penetrates deep down into your skin and past it, into the cellulite itself and uses natural ingredients to dissolve the fat. The product should also contain a metabolism boosting ingredient, such as caffeine, to help more fat burn away and to assist you in burning off calories quicker. Finally, it should be moisturizing, so that it restores lost elasticity to the skin and helps it look smooth, so you'll eventually get a toned appearance once the cellulite is gone. Find this product, and you'll be looking good again soon, just like you always wanted.
