diet for psoriasis?
so my scalp psoriasis has officially started to make its way down my forehead and around my eyebrows... pretty lame if you ask me. so i was just wondering if anyone knows of a eating habit to help calm it down? i hear red meat is bad? also curious if its bad to shower with HOT water? since it dries out the scalp.

Oh my god.....I used to have psoriasis....go vegeterian gurl. Dont ever,ever allow ur doctor to put u on steroids...It makes it worse..trust me. Plus make sure you dont suffer from chronic constipation and stress. Also dont ever take long hot showers. It dehydrates da skin pretty bad. I went on homeopathy for like 2 years and now i'm completely cured.
