Psoriasis Remission

what kind of luck have you had from the sun for psoriasis?
Has it ever went into remission?
No, I've had no luck with the sun, even though I have seen marked improvement in the summertime. However, I have had more luck with yogurt as a homeopathic treatment (I have mine in my scalp) than any of the other meds that I have been prescribed. I usually spread the yogurt mix over my head, put plastic over it and then put tinfoil over my head, leave it on for twenty minutes and wash my hair two or three times to get the yogurt out. Messy and a bit smelly , it works like a charm, and was recommended to my by my dermatologist. Hope this helps.
Eczema is a type of skin condition that many people have to deal with. Many of us believe that this is one single condition - but in reality it is a term that refers to any form of skin rash or irritation. The most common of these are cradle crap - also known as baby eczema - and contact dermatitis.
While it is important that we learn to identify these common types of skin conditions we should also be aware of some of the rare types. We have provided a list of rare forms of eczema and the symptoms that are associated with it.
Discoid Eczema
This can be identified by many round spots that can usually be found on the lower portion of the legs. For most people this health condition will be worse during the winter months - but the cause for it is not understood. Common symptoms include; oozing and dry rash.
Venous
This condition will affect people who have varicose veins and problems with blood circulation and edema. The most common people who are affected by it are over the age of 50. It will usually affect their legs and can be identified by the redness, itching, and darkening of the skin.
Dermatitis Herpetiformis
This skin condition will cause extreme itchiness and a rash that appears in a symmetrical pattern on the person's thighs, knees, arms, and back. It is connected with the celiac disease and for many people will go into remission when they eat the right foods.
Dyshidrosis
Dyshidrotic eczema will affect the person's soles, palms or the side of their fingers and toes. It can be identified by the tiny bumps referred to as vesicles, cracks, and itching. It is considered to be the most common form of hand eczema and can become worse during warm weather.
It is important to know how to identify Eczema Symptoms and why Dyshidrotic is the more rare form of things.
