Why do I have pits on my finger nails?
In the past few months I've noticed little pits on my finger nails. First it seemed like a lot on my left thumb... now there's less on my left thumb, but there's a few on my right thumb, and a lot on both my left pointer and left pinky. I haven't seen any pits on my other fingers.
I've read online that it could be caused by psoriasis, but I have no other symptoms of that. Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be caused by? Should I be worried?
I probably didn't drink milk as much as I should last semester, but I've been drinking milk pretty regularly lately.
