Psoriasis Vacation

psoriasis and a DEAD SEA question?
is it worth going to the dead sea for a vacation to have a cure or alleviate psoriasis and also where is the dead sea?
The Dead Sea is located in the Middle East, between Jordan an Israel. Its waters are high in salt but have no effect on the activity of psoriasis and offer neither palliation nor cure.
Natural sunburn treatment relieves excruciating pain, reduces swelling and tightness, and eliminates blistering and peeling. Most beach sunburns occur on the first day of vacation. Imagine being able stop the effects of sunburn and then being able to finish out your fun-in-the-sun vacation doing all the wonderful and long-anticipated fun things you wanted to do at the beach. If you know what to do, then your fun does not have to be curtailed or even interrupted. To stop the pain quickly and to prevent lasting skin damage the affected areas of severe sunburn must be treated immediately. Delay of speedy treatment ensures seven days of pain, swelling, blistering, peeling and permanent skin damage, which could eventually lead to cancer or other health problems.
With all the media hype about the dangers of over exposure to the sun, you would think that the entire planet would be wearing hats, and sunglasses, and you would think that sunscreen would be a necessary part of the personal maintenance regimen of every man, woman, and child. But no, that isn't the case; people are still getting sunburns today just as they always have. Why is that so? Mainly, we just forget that we've been out in the sun long enough to cause a burn. But, there is another reason too; the glamorous advertisements that we see on TV and in magazines show beautiful movie stars and buff athletes all wearing tans. Yes, it is sad to say, but the masses still want to emulate famous people, and they still want to have beautifully tanned bodies.
There are three degrees of sunburn as follows: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree burns. 1st degree burns are painful and red in color, 2nd degree burns are red, painful, and include water bubbles, 3rd degree burns are red, painful, and include water bubbles, patches of white skin, and swelling.
If you have bubbles over 2" in diameter or you see white patches within the sunburn area, get immediate professional medical help. Severe sunburn treatment is needed in the case of 3rd degree burns.
But, if you do find yourself cooked and looking like a lobster either accidentally or by trying to get one of those gorgeous movie-star tans, here are some sunburn treatments that work quickly to eliminate the after math of 1st and 2nd degree sunburns:
1. Bathe immediately in a cool (not cold) oatmeal or baking soda bath. Soak for thirty minutes, this should take the sting and heat out of the burn. Continue taking the baths for three to four days.
2. Drink plenty of fluids, like water and juices. One of the effects of sunburn is dehydration. Avoid alcohol, beer, and sodas, as these will further dehydrate you. Drink the fluids hourly, not all at one time.
3. Avoid heavy creams, butter, petroleum, and other greasy products. They trap the heat in, which makes the burn go deeper. Additionally, they clog the pores, which keeps the sunburn from "breathing" and healing quicker. Apply aloe vera, or nothing. The burn will heal faster if it can get air.
Do these three things and you should be well on your way to healthy skin again, but if you want immediate, almost instant relief, I recently used an amazing treatment for sunburn that eliminates sunburn pain, blistering and even the annoying peeling in only five short minutes. In clinical tests it has been shown to reduce blistering and peeling by as much as eighty-five percent. Imagine being able to be back in the fun-in-the sun scene so soon!
