benefits of digestive enzymes. I have terrible gerd!?
i started taking digestive enzymes and feel wonderful only after 2 days, is that normal ? i have a history of bad gas, trapped like heart attack. docs first thought gall baldder, but gas x helps LOL acid reflux terribly and I tell you with 2 days of taking this with probiotics and a good multi vit i feel great. what are some other benefits in taking this? will it help in weight loss? skin improvment? psoriasis?????
Probiotics are necessary for good health and of course our skin and weight are part of our overall health ! I would also suggest licorice root for acid reflux--my partner uses it and it works well . Studies do show it works also. Get the deglycerinated type if you have high blood pressure(they remove the part of the plant that effects BP) my partner uses that type but I can use plain old licorice as I have low blood pressure. Everyone can benefit from probiotics--every culture in the world has included fermented foods in their diet. I love miso soup as it has many other benefits as well. Also do not eat all the fake foods that most people eat today--stick to organic whole foods in unprocessed forms and you will have less digestive problems and will lose weight naturally--of course you need to exercise too!
