6 year old son on Neotigason for pustular psoriasis?

My son, who is now 6, suffers from pustular psoriasis. He was first diagnosed at about 18months old & was put on Neotigason (acetretin). It lost its effect after a year or so & then he was put on Methatrexate. While still on methatrexate he started to receive Infliximab infusions but was quickly taken off the methatrexate when blood test showed dodgy liver results. It has been about 1 year since his last infliximab infusion & his pustular psoriasis has flared up quite badly again. The dermatologist has just put him back on Neotigason & Im am still worried about the long term side effects of this medication.
Im wondering if there is anyone out there who has any knowledge of the side effects of these meds in children or if anyone has had a similar experience & who could share there story & opinions with me.

Any input & information anyone has is welcome & very much appreciated

Did you think about trying natural remedies?
I cleared my psoriasis with serenaskin herbal remedies. It took about 3 weeks, and no side effects!
Doctors prescribe what that know - powerful drugs with serious side effects and questionable results.
