Recently an eczema sufferer contacted me stating that she was not convinced that her eczema could be improved by changing her diet.

Treatments of Eczema – Meal #1

Breakfast should consist of either fruit or vegetable juice with added green food. An ideal combination is carrot and apple with spinach. Or try celery, tomato and kale.

Treatments of Eczema – Meal #2

Lunch is simple. Prepare a large, wholesome, healthy raw salad. Your salad should contain at least seven different vegetables. As an example: cabbage, parsnips, peppers, tomatoes, onions, kale and broccoli. The more ingredients you toss in the better.

Dress your salad with olive oil and the juice of a lemon. You can season with salt, pepper and herbs of your choice.

Treatments of Eczema – Meal #3

Dinner should be a meal of partially cooked grain and vegetables. Try a small bowl of steamed brown rice and stir fry vegetables.

Lentil or split pea soup with rye bread is another option.
