Ringworm Eczema

Is this ringworm? pictures included.?

Ok, so i just recently noticed this round spot on my upper arm(near the shoulder). It has a reddish ring and the inside is normal colored. It feels kind of rough, like eczema. My first thought was ringworm. But its not a full "ring". Only like 3/4 of a reddish ring. and most of the pictures i see of ringworm is a complete circle. Please, if anyone can help me figure out what this is i would really appreciate it. Here are some pictures... they're not the best quality. OH! and by the way, the past few weeks i've been exposed to ringworm because my BOYFRIEND has it.. so yeah and usually im not the kind of person that gets lots of infections but lately ive been on some medicine that makes me more susceptible to infections.
