Salicylic Acid Face Wash?
Hi! I was wondering if a face wash with Salicylic Acid would be good for my Psoriasis as it will help lift the scale and at the same time open up my closed comedomes. What do you think?
Are there any good face wash available in India with Salicylic acid that are fragrance free? I think "Speelac" is one but not sure if its for my dry skin or not.
Salicylic Acid is dermatologist recommended in Psoriasis for removing the scales.
I dont think this is the correct product to use of psoriasis because it deep cleans and sloughs. This is what causes the psoriasis in the 1st place if over production of the skin cells.
You need to see a dermatologist and get some cream for it and use soap and water to wash your face.
