Scalp Psoriasis Triggers
I have psoriasis.. does any one know what is good for it?
Ive had psoriasis since I was 18 I don't even know what triggered it? All I know is that I got some spots on my legs that got bigger and bigger. now i have it from under my knee to the front of my foot like one big red stain on both my legs but that's only where I have it worse. I have a little on my scalp but I use the Tgel neutrogena shampoo and it goes away and i also have like 2 spots on my elbows its not bad but i cant wear any shorts and skirts. Please does any one know something that can make it better or st lease some medications that are not that expensive?
