sweating and heat rash?
I am a female first off! Been trying to find an answer on rashes i get on my buttox. Everything I find seems..too severe. When I work and sweat a lot I just get a rash on my butt. simple as that. it usually goes away after a couple of days with a little vaseline. Is it something serious? Seriously, I cannot find anything on what I experience. All 'rash pictures' I see do not match what I have. It is not psoriasis or herpes....somebody please explain! Is it just from sweating??? Or should I really be worried?
Heat rash is caused by wearing constricting/tight clothing and sweating, so that might be what it is if it is occurring more on the cheek area. If it's closer to the hole, it's most likely you are just chafing. Applying baby powder or gold bond before you start sweating should help prevent the rashes or chafing.
