Skin Eczema Cure
Skin Eczema Cure
How do you cure your eczema? Only People With Eczema Please?

Mine has gotten so bad on my hands it's
been getting through to my 3rd layer of skin,
it's red, always bleeding, and VERY painful.
I don't pick it at ALL and it has been like this
for weeks. Prescribed medicine just hasn't
been doing it for me, what works for you? Also when
you use soap do your hands get irritated

Use a non perfumed mostutrizing lotion day and night, especially after showers. Use a mild soap, only on the most needed areas (the umm private parts, you know?) and pat dry with a towel. (Don't rub, it irritates skin.
For your hands always carry lotion with you and use after you wash your hands. Water & soap drys out skin.
Also, there's really no suuch thing as a "mosturizing soap" because soap is a drying agent. So don't get a highly perfumed mosturized soap, get an unscented one. (I use dove's sensitive skin soap bar, it's unscented).

For lotion I use Vasaline intense moisture therapy. No perfume and extremly hydrating.

Eczema Cures – Cures That Work

In your continuous search for an eczema cure you need to make sure that any cure works on your skin rash from the inside out. Most cures just work on the surface. They work on the resultant effect and not on the cause.

Any cure will need to work on your body system and should have a permanent effect.

Any such system or cure should involve looking at what you take internally, in the form of food and drink. Looking at the foods you eat on a regular basis is important. Food has a big effect on your immune system. And a healthy immune system that will make a big difference to your wellbeing.

One form of bad food that is common in eczema sufferers diet is that of bad fats. There are good fats and bad fats.

Good fats nourish your body, hydrate your skin and reduce the pace of aging.

Bad fats on the other hand have a detrimental effect on your body. Bad fats contain trans fatty acids. Trans fatty acids are contained in fats and oils that are heated to high temperatures or are processed or both.

Trans fatty acids are used very widely in the manufacture of foods such as cakes, peanuts, desserts, crisps, junk foods, convenient foods and peanut butter.

It is very important that you check all labelling on the foods you purchase from the supermarkets. Labels stating the content of hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils should be avoided.

Here is a few other reasons why you should avoid bad fats.

#1 - Foods containing trans fatty acids tend to create blood sugar imbalance.

#2 - Foods that contain trans fatty acids tend to interfere with efficient hormone elimination.

#3 - Foods that contain trans fatty acids reduce fluidity of cell membranes and make them leakier.
