Skin Psoriasis Contagious

Being discriminated at work because I have psoriasis. Been there 3 mos. never been an issue, now it is. HELP!!
Due to the fact that my call to the Middlesex London Public Health Unit has not returned my call, can someone please help??? I have psoriasis which is non-contagious. I work inthe food undustry,Tim hortons. TheASSISTANT manager that hired me also suffers from this skin condition, therefore I was led to beleive that this wasn't a problem. The MANAGER approached me today and said that someone from the health board came in because of customers calling Tim Hortons head office and complained about my skin. She informed me that I was to wear gloves my whole shift, and a sweater to cover up my arms. This was never an issue with anyone there before. she said if i didn't wear gloves that she would make me work in drive thru on ordertaking, which would require me to run and grab product. she said that someone else would have to grab product. I wasn't allowed to serve customers, prepare coffee, etc. This is outrageous. what r my rights?
