Psoriasis and Excema?

My child is 3years old and has both psoriasis and excema!!!!
psoriasis on her head and excema on her body.
On her head she usually breaks out on her lower head near her neck. She is black so I usually fix her hair in little braids parted in small squares all over her head with timey barrets (its cute) bu tthe real reason why I do it that way is she has her heair in pony tails, her scalp begins to sweat (no air) and them she breaks out in a scale/flake on her head which will cause her to scratch and loose her hair.
I've heard EMU OIL is good, does anyone know how to grease her scalp from being dry? what product to use?

Try a product called Balneum in her bath. Its really helps. There is a product called Betnovate scalp application...useful for keeping the head eruptions under control, use E45 on her body.
I found that cutting out dairy helped me when I was a lot younger and suffering very badly with eczema, but now I take dairy with no problems. I dont know about the fatty acid treatment but I would be sceptical of it. I hope you get her problems under control soon...I have been there and know how the poor mite feels...;
