How can i get rid of my dandruff/psoriasis?

i have had dandruff/psoriasis on my scalp/head for nearly a year now and it only went away once(for 3 days). i have tried t gel, head and shoulders and all different shampoos and stuff but none of it seems to work. if you have suffered from dandruff/psoriasis and managed to get it completely away then can you tell me how you did it?......please?!
