Is Eczema Common
How does my eczema flare up?
I dont know why my eczema flares up .. Pretty new to the whole thing (2 months).
It seems like when i get out of the shower or bath its pretty red. And then its not so red after i put my Aveeno lotion on and throughout the day. i heard that eggs, dairy, wheat, nuts, and glucose are a common problem witj eczema.. So does mine just flare up with water and soap or something? Or can it be something else? Cause like, doesnt all eczema flare up after showers/baths? And then something else? Confused!!! Is it a good idea to not eat dairy/wheat/eggs/glucose and see how my reaction is each week with each different food item? Any other tips would be nice too!

I used to have very bad eczema but my condition has improved a lot after I went through a series of treatments using the Bio-Resonance therapy method at the Novena Medical Centre.
