Best makeup for dry skin?
ive had eczema since i was a toddler. my dermotologist gave me some kind of cream to make it dissapear, or at least to keep it under control. my skin is not super dry to where it is flaking and red. its sensitive. my skin follicles dont produce enough sebum, making it look like my pores or cloged or something. i have mild acne, its mostly on my forehead. im fair skined.
drugstore makeup its preferablly what im looking for.

i know u said drugstore but you get what u pay for...you really should google Dinair Airbrush Makeup...its amazing...its all water based so its great for sensitive skin...it covers everything and makes my skin look flawless...i bought it 2 years ago and it was worth every penny...it is honestly the best makeup ive ever used..anywho, hope i helped..=)
