Treating Eczema Naturally

How do I treat scalp Eczema Psoriasis Naturally?
The dermatologist gave me stuff that I just do not want to use. I would like an answer from someone who knows health and knows of an alternative that worked for them. Thanks.
There is a product at walgreens called Skin Zinc The Original Multi-Symptom Two-Phase Relief System it worked great. I also had psoriasis on my face and it cleared that up too. It has two nozzles one you can spray and one for the scalp. It runs you about $40 but it really works. Try this. I'm including the link below if you want to look up information on it. They do carry it in the store.
Home Treatment For Eczema - Simple Methods to Treat Eczema Naturally at Home
Due to the fact that there is no effective, long-term treatment provided by the conventional medicine, it is helpful to know how to treat and prevent eczema yourself using natural remedies. A home treatment for eczema need not be a convoluted and complicated regime but rather a few steps that you can follow on a day to day basis to combat eczema. Following is a workable method to get you started.
As an eczema sufferer you probably already know that your eczema is due to allergies to certain substances that you come into contact with either by ingestion, inhalation or onto the surface of your skin. To give your skin a chance to heal and prevent future outbreaks of eczema, it is important to find out what is causing these allergies.
And yes, it is possible.
Many people these days are getting a skin prick test at their local doctors, where a small quantity of a potential allergy substance is placed just below the skin. It is not painful and the test is performed under controlled settings. There are many common irritants that are known to cause eczema that will be tested on the skin. Once the allergies have been determined, you can begin eliminating them from your daily life.
If it is not possible for you to have this test, there are ways of determining your allergies by yourself. All you need to do is keep a diary of the food you eat and substances you come in contact with every day such as ink, photocopier toner, dusty objects, foods and any other substance that comes into contact with the skin. You will then keep a log of when your skin becomes itchy and the eczema flares.
Before long you will notice a trend forming and you will be able to pinpoint what is causing the eczema. This process should take no more than around 4 weeks. Of course you can keep going with this method as part of your home treatment for eczema and always be extra vigilant of when you come into contact with something new.
Because eczema is largely caused by substances that we are allergic to, it is essential to know what they are in order to remove them from everyday life.
Making a conscious effort to start getting rid of the causes for your eczema will get you on your way to an eczema free life. The above method is one of many that will see you clearing your skin and preventing future outbreaks.
