Treatment Eczema Adults
I need some help no family doctor?
Okay so here is my dilemma... I have never had a "family Doctor" as a kid when i needed medical treatment i went to the ER. Now Im adult and I have medical insurance of my own. I dont know where to start like what should I do. I have eczema which i have had my whole life I know i need to see a dermatologist but do i need to go to a doc first for a referral?? Go get a check up I just dont know what i need to do....
First you need to get a physician list from your insurance company at work..you would need to go to a doctor that is covered under your insurance...You could ask some of your fellow co-workers if they have any suggestions on a family practitioner? Or call some from your directory and setup go see appts to get familiar with a couple and then make a decision...Good luck and don't go to someone you don't like..take your time and find one that makes you feel comfortable..
