What Makes Eczema Itch
What causes eczema?
I've had Contact Dermatitis (a type of eczema) since October 2006. I was sleeping in a hotel and the next morning I woke up with the rash all over my hands and legs! It's been like torture ever since 
The beginning was the worst.. and has pretty much disappeared except for the scar/marks on my legs. Last night some showed up on the back of my neck too. I used some medicated lotion that my doctor gave me, but now when I itch my skin, it scratches off!
I read somewhere online that soy products could cause eczema. That makes sense because I started drinking soymilk instead of regular milk around the same time the rash appeared. Is soy a common cause of eczema?
I'm 18 if that helps!
It can be inheritated (i think). But soy milk, if you drink it all the time, can cause bumps on your chest (at least I think it was a bump my mom said)
Or it may have been something in the hotel.
